We are glad to inform you that we deliver our store items all around the world. Shipping costs are based on the place of destination, number of packages, volume and weight of the products. In any case, we do our best to maintain them as low as possible.
WARRANTY AND INSURANCE
To protect your purchase, in case of international shipments, we ask factories to provide an additional packaging layer to protect the goods.
For our shipping we rely on specialized transporters in the furniture industry, with worldwide subsidiaries. The goods are always insured and covered for any damage due to transportation to ensure the maximum protection of the buyer.
The estimated times of delivery/production are as follows:
6-8 weeks for the PRODUCTION of goods (except for the items that we already have in store): From the moment that we have a receipt of the advance payment until the arrival of the goods to our warehouse (except for August and December that are not counted because of factory closures);
1 week for DELIVERY to Italy or to any EU country;
2-5 weeks for DELIVERY to the countries outside of European Union.
For any deliveries to Italy, we offer three options: pick up in person from our warehouse, delivery to the building (as opposed to the delivery to the floor or assembly), delivery and assembly.
In the specific details of the possibilities listed above are:
1. IN PERSON
The customer picks up goods directly at our warehouse in Trieste, it is a free option and is available for any product. Please call us +39.040.4702078, during the following hours to arrange the appointment to pick it up:
Monday 8:00 to 14:00
Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 to 12:00 / 14:00 to 16:00
2. DELIVERY TO THE BUILDING
If the house is not located on the ground floor, goods will be delivered to the entrance of the building. This delivery option does not include transportation inside the building or assembly.
The customer must provide access to a truck, and the coverage of costs for going through the Limited Traffic Zone and the historical centers are to be discussed with the courier.
In case of massive packages, you may need to provide assistance to the transporter.
Delivery to the building does not include unpacking, installation or assembly of the merchandise.
The delivery times could change, depending on the destination, from 5 to 10 days counting from the arrival of goods at our warehouse.
Should the customer place an order including items from different manufacturers, the shipment will be made upon the arrival of all products to our warehouse, unless agreed upon otherwise.
3. DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY
Delivery including assembly is available only in some cases, upon request and with costs to define. This option includes a delivery of goods and the assembly/installation, which can be arranged the same day or at a later date. Unpackaging&package disposal are included.
In any case, the assembly does neither include the installation of electrical systems for lighting systems, nor that of water-sanitary connections for bathrooms and kitchens.
Once the appointment is made, the room must be freed from any other obstructing pieces of furniture in order to make the work of the assemblers easier.
All our products come with technical sheets and are generally already pre-assembled. The final installation is therefore generally very simple. The delivery which includes installation/assembly is available only on request, only in Italy, and is to be agreed upon beforehand in writing.
WARNING: In case of visible damage or tampering (for example danaged packaging tapes) it is better to record the damage by reporting it on the consignment note that the courier asks you to sign at the moment of delivery.
Even if the packaging is good, we still recommend to write Accepted / subject to verification on the waybill.
You should tell the courier that you are: ACCEPTING GOODS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION.
Damage that is only evident after unpacking must be reported within 7 days (Sundays and holidays excluded) after delivery, by a registered letter to the courier holding him responsable for all possible consequences.
International deliveries DO NOT include customs fees, taxes or duties, which must be paid by the client before delivery. Failure to cover such costs may result in delays (of which we do not assume the responsibility).
Should you require the installation of the goods, you can write to our email address in order to get a personalized offer, where possible, for the assembly carried out by our staff.
Transportation within the building is not included, however, you can request a quotation to perform it for an addittional fee. In any case the removal of the packaging and assembly are not included unless agreed upon otherwise.
If the customer places an order that includes items from different manufacturers, the shipment will be made after the arrival of all products in stock, unless agreed upon otherwise.
